KLIA2 are for budget carriers

+ Portable Wifi via Klook (Wiyo) +

The first problem we have encountered when it came to communication is to find the person we were supposed to meet to claim our portable wifi. We weren't able to get a decent answer from the concierge at the arrival (after immigration). Based on earlier reviews at the Klook site, you were to meet a person in some area within Dunkin Donuts (?) and you'd have to hand over 200MYR (remember this guy is a stranger) and trust that person to refund you of the deposit. Apparently this is not the case anymore. We walked aimlessly for a while and re-read the voucher we hadn't noticed, a block number which means they already have a designated space! We found them near Auntie Anne's and is next to a shoe store.

We usually bring the unit only because the case is too clunky and adds weight to our walking bags.

The device allows 2 devices to connect which is good enough for the two of us. So far no matter where we went the signal is still strong, be it at the subway or the far flung area of Melaka. The charge went out on us on the 2nd day but we were almost back to the hotel then plus we have a powerbank ready. The speed went I tested it at the bus out of the airport went as high as 20mbps both UL/DL.

+ Kuala Lumpur Bird Park +

After lunch at The Weld we got ourselves a Grab to visit the famous KL Bird Park. This wasn't in our IT at first but Reagan was enticed by the stories I retold from an officemate when in their stay birds kept on running after them. We wanted to replicate it as well, unfortunately none of them even came close to us.

Our tour around started by 4pm. It is enough for us to roam the park and see whatever they have to offer. Most of the birds are unfortunately the same, I couldn't recall the names except for the peacocks that kept on popping everywhere. If you wish to see them in their full glory, just keep close with the female peacocks, because once the male ones spot them they go full mating ritual. There was one part where a single female bird attracted about 3-5 of them in one area to which us tourists hang around the longest to capture any one of them in full display.

They are really pretty to look at! Saddening that not all of them have full tails

Probably THE best bird there

Always my pet peeves, I wished areas that had water, have water. They have a waterfall fixture but the lack of running water dampens the overall look.
