We've been sleeping pretty much the rest of the ride when we were at Lito's car but were tired just the same as soon as we reached the hotel. We woke up late (I think around 8am), had breakfast (silog again!) and shopped toiletries at Alturas. It's really convenient being able to go to and fro via tricycle, no need to know routes compared to jeeps. + Chocolate Hills Adventure Park (CHAP) + We haven't acquired any services from Tatsky (Lito's boss) today so we decided to commute. We got another tricycle up to Dau terminal where we took the Carmen bus. If you'd remember, the famous Chocolate hills although scattered at the island have it's main attraction at Carmen, which is also our destination for our day adventure. It was a really long ride we've arrived past lunch time. We haven't had lunch so we thought it best to eat before we start with our Ironman Package. + Blood Compact Site + Nothing much, we would have stayed longer but since we're running out of time to finish our Bohol-Panglao countryside tour, I only took a single photo.  I didn't even get close to it. (No thanks to the loitering photographers who doesn't like to give way) + Bohol Bee Farm + An informative tour, this is also one of the guided tours I have truly enjoyed. He has shown us around, quizzed us as well and never stopped urging us that it's safe to hold over our heads a colony of bees. An eco farm, I would have loved to dine in as well to try out their offerings but we're already running out of time. For the meantime, we've enjoyed their famous ice cream! + Hinagdanan Cave + Seriously, we got in and out less than 10 minutes. We've descended the steps to a cave of birds (the ones who have their nests cooked as soup) which was also converted as a pool for everyone to swim at. + Man Made Forest + Probably one of my favorites! We absolutely loved the breeze here, it is cold and worth coming back to and fro. We were told that the trees here are protected, that even if a tree does, it is just left to root on the side. Fun fact: did you know that the trees right here are fruits of labor of students who were instructed to plant trees by Imelda Marcos so they can pass high school? Amazing. + Tarsier Sanctuary + Really disappointing. Those photos of people neck and neck with tarsiers is a lie! You cannot go near those cute animals and while I know they are on night shift and prefer to sleep day time, I felt so broken hearted not being able to see then up close nor hold those fluffy fragile body. I know I know. + Pasalubong (Agad!!) + Due to our frustration of not being able to squeeze a tarsier body (calm down we haven't done anything!) we just bought ourselves pasalubongs. It's our first trip out of Luzon! We have not prepared again so we planned this out of haste. It would have been on the APEC week but then again we cannot find a flight out of that week. So anyhow, we've decided to go to Bohol! + First Flight Out + It's really unfortunate that we weren't able to sit next to each other. We both got window seats but my lack sense of judgement that time made us not be seatmates, but me giving my seat to a somewhat obnoxious flyer. All she did was take selfies, exclaim praises, use her phone every single time we were told to turn it off, take more photos of her stuff with her shades, amongst others. It was a really bad call. + Meet Lito! + I haven't asked around much but an office mate of mine convinced us to get a tour guide of sorts because the attractions around Bohol are too far apart, it will only be for our convenience. We got a countryside tour for both Bohol and Panglao in just one day for merely 2100 php for both of us. At firs...
