Kapitolyo Gastro Park
How We Got There:
From the condo, we got ourselves a tricycle (same if you're coming from Robinsons Pioneer), got off at Williams St. (Bayanihan compound) and walked towards Kapitolyo entrance (Jollibee). We made a left at the street after Chinabank (in front of ACE Water Spa) and there it was.
We got there around 5pm so there are not yet a lot of people. We were able to get a good seat where the fan blows right our spot. Our visit this time made us try 3 stalls: Para, Surfries and Bagneto.
Surfries

The fries are a bit salty, but really cheesy. The raspberry bowl is the bomb! It's almost close to impossible to finish with us just two.
Bagneto
It's cute that their logo looked like a pig with Magneto's head armor! They offer rice meals with different variations of Bagnet. We got the bagnet with rice, the most basic. We expected that the rice was fried or something but oh well. It was crispy though.
Para
Hard to miss, they're the large black jeep, they offer sandwiches. We shared grilled cheese, which is good even if it doesn't at the pic , and the first time I had grilled cheese with onions and mushroom. The guava dip is also delicious. Might try to eat there again just for the dip!
I liked that the place is CLAYGO, which makes the rest of us easily get a chair when we need it. It's also surprisingly quiet even if we're fully packed. Maybe add a real singer next time? Anyways I really loved the ambiance. They thought of everything, they have a real roof, no monobloc chairs, ample lighting and electric fans. They even have good parking which is so rare at Kapitolyo. Would love to go back for more!
