The Lost Symbol (4.21.10)

Rating:★★★
Category:Books
Genre: Literature & Fiction
Author:Dan Brown
The latest from Brown, he has as I originally thought exhausted every idea he can use for science clash religion themes but here he is with his new book. Still the same characters I think, a science girl, a psyhotic killer and some intelligent old something and the fall guy who you imagined at first to be the villain. Nothing new really, but it does have the same adrenaline rush and little bits of trivia you aren't aware of (like the darth vader gargoyle in Washington National Cathedrail) down to the twist recognizable of Brown's trademark.

As much as it was like the rest of Brown's novels, this I think just has too much dialogue on it. And the more you read those Ancient Mysteries in their arguments it has slowly become boring, repetitive and unbelievable. Sounds like he is picking up a fight with the religious people again with all his statements, neh?

  2. I kept it at one word because I thought you don't want to hear the fact that I was not looking forward to this. Or that I only read one Dan book despite having two others given to me . But there my secret is out.
